Biography
Sani Limthongsakul is an Associate Professor at the Department of Landscape Architecture, Kasetsart University. She obtained her PhD in Urban Environmental
Management from Asian Institute of Technology, Thailand in 2017. Her research interests focus on utilizing NbS and EbA in water sector to promote community
flood resilience. Her recent research mainly involves with community-based adaptation to flood risk in the peri-urban community of Bangkok Metropolitan
Region and investigating the potential of ecosystem-based adaptation with Bang Pakong River Basin community in Thailand. She also teaches a collaborative
landscape design and planning studio that engages community members in envisioning their outdoor spaces focusing on river landscape.
